Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to make a purchase from PureGnaw.

Product use and safety

PureGnaw chews are intended for dogs as a chew treat. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge:

  • All chews carry inherent risks. Always supervise your dog while chewing.
  • PureGnaw chews are not suitable for puppies under 6 months, dogs with severe dental issues, or dogs that aggressively crack their teeth on hard chews.
  • Choose the appropriate size for your dog and consult our Size Guide.
  • Remove the chew when it becomes small enough to swallow whole.
  • Discontinue use if your dog shows signs of discomfort, choking, or digestive distress, and consult your veterinarian.

PureGnaw LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from improper use of our products. Use is at the owner's discretion.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Pricing or inventory errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Restricted shipping addresses
