How the timing works
There are two parts to getting a chew to your door: the time we take to pack and label your order, and the time it spends in transit. We keep the first part short, and the second depends on how far you are from our Georgia warehouse.
Processing takes 1–2 business days, and most orders go out the same day they're placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are picked up the next business day.
Transit then takes 2–6 business days by standard shipping, depending on distance. Most customers receive their order within 3–7 business days of placing it.

We choose the best carrier and service for each order, and as soon as yours ships you'll get an email with a tracking link and an estimated delivery date for your address — that estimate is always more precise than the table above.
