Order processing

All PureGnaw orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping rates

Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

Shipping carriers

PureGnaw ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times

• Standard shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (where available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. International shipping is not currently available.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@puregnaw.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. PureGnaw is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at hello@puregnaw.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
